Welcome to the website of the German Conference at Harvard 2011. The event will be held on February 18-19, 2011 in Boston, Massachusetts, USA.

Between keynote speeches and panel discussions, we invite you to meet and mingle with our speakers, panelists and guests over coffee breaks, lunch and some German wine and beer. We also invite you to a festive dinner on Friday night, hosted by conference patron Dr. Klaus Scharioth, the German Ambassador to the United States.

The conference will feature unique Keynote Addresses and Panel Discussions in politics, business, and society with high-profile thinkers and decision-makers from Germany and the United States.

It is not going to be a conference about Germany but a conference about global issues, to which we aim to bring German perspectives. All events are in English. We expect around 400 guests, mostly students, researchers, and faculty from across Harvard and other universities in North America, as well as the interested public.

Dear all,

thanks a lot to all guests, speakers, partners and organizers for making the German Conference at Harvard 2011 possible! We hope you all enjoyed the event. Pictures and reports will be available soon.
